API of the LCMAPS library.

This header contains the declarations of the LCMAPS library functions:

1. lcmaps_init(): To initialize the LCMAPS module
2. lcmaps_run(): To do the user mapping
3. lcmaps_run_without_credentials(): To do the user mapping, without credentials
4. lcmaps_term(): To cleanly terminate the module
