Connecting to the VO directory as a VO Manager

Fig.  shows a connection dialog for the case of where the VO Manager wants to make a connection (so (s)he can e.g. delete or add some people, or change some group attributes, etc.) Notes:

1. the Manager will be prompted for a password!
2. read further before trying to change anything in the directory. It is possible to corrupt the directory by changing the wrong thing.
